A service model for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as we move into a more autonomous world
We worked with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles to show them a vision of the future where autonomous vehicles are unanimously accepted and used. With my team (Hee Jung Koh and Max Stein), we designed a new service model for FCA to consider as we move into this future— The FCA Experience.
Companies like Lyft or Zipcar are great for per-time usage, but aren’t feasible long-term solutions. This is where FCA can enter the market. Young professionals of 2050 will be in need of transportation that accommodates their desire for experience over tangible possessions. Ownership will become a burden as people are looking to travel and change jobs more frequently. Temporary living communities will become easily accessible, and the auto-industry will need to pair well with these changes.
